4th of July wedding HELP!!!?

I am getting married on July 3rd this year and i need help…I am having it at a city park and I know we are going to have fried chicken with like baked beans, corn, coleslaw etc….for the cake i am having a cupcake decorating party with my new neices and nephews but i am at a loss for what to do for decorations…etc…i dont want this to look like super cheap….I will have approw 30 picnic tables to decorate…oh yeah and we are getting married on a dock….HELP!!!
